Someone needs to retrain employees on putting together the sandwiches. Mayo and lettuce on top of the top bun for a mcchicken... then it just smears everywhere when you wrapped it??? Common sense should tell you that's wrong but hey what do I know...bravo 👏 👏 👏

The prices are high for fast food. I got a number for the table and they didn't even bring me my food. They hollered out some order number. I didn't know it was my order because I didn't get a receipt when I ordered just a table number. The lady bagging the food seemed like she didn't want to assist customers. When a customer asked her something, she seemed annoyed.

They have a sign that says " fastest drive through in morristown". This is a lie. Sat there 15 minutes. Then they couldn't give us a receipt. Asked for extra sauce for the nuggets ( I know it costs extra ). Got home with no sauce at all. Very sorry experience.

Waited 20 minutes to get waited on then another 30 for are food for are food to be cold .the hash brown was rock hard .they can't keep employees and the ones they do have don't know what there doing

Pitiful service at the drive through and after talking with manager, was blamed on being short-handed. Thing is, they were hardly busy at the time. Have been there a few times and this latest experience will keep me from returning.

Service was ok. They forgot that I paid for the shamrock shake so I sat at the window waiting. The server asked what else he could do. I told him I ordered a shake and he attempted to charge me again.

Typical McDonald's. Better than the one at the mall but always always always check your food. Make sure it's there and it's correct.
