This place is a joke and very poorly managed. The chicken quesadillas were both burnt. The nacho bell grandes had no meat on them just a bunch of beans. Spoke with a woman there the night it happened and told her everything and she said to come in and they would fix it, but then when I called to get the new order she said I didn't mention the quesadillas. It was like $37 worth of food. With no replacement.

The management staff need to get it together and hire enough employees. Businesses are blaming people for “not wanting to work” when in actuality people require support, decent pay, and a positive work environment to want to work somewhere. Just got in line at 9:30 on a Friday night with a car full of kids starving after baseball games all night. The massive line took forever, with no way to drive out of it even if we had charged our minds and wanted to go elsewhere. we rolled up to the speaker finally at 9:59PM after a 30 min wait. I hear the speaker chirp like someone is going to say something, but nothing. Finally at 10:01 I say “hello?!” And they tell us “sorry, we are closed.” I said “we have been waiting 30 min to order?” And she said “sorry, there are only 3 employees, so the car in front of you was the last one.” Nobody cut the line off or alerted the 8 cars behind us that they were not going to serve anyone because of their temporary hour reduction. Beyond that - the fact that they knew we were sitting at the speaker and weren’t even going to acknowledge us or say anything is insane to me. This is nuts. Hire employees. Taco Bell can afford to pay more if they can’t get anyone to do their work.

Absolutely filthy interior including the smell of a dirty kitchen soon as you walk in the door. 30 minutes after ordering and watching order after order being returned because it was wrong plus food sitting after being made sit in bags on the make line we got a refund and left. How can you be open at 7am and then at 7:15, say, "I'm sorry we're in the process of putting up our truck"....and this happens at least twice per week! Yesterday, they said...."just so you know, we don't have any eggs ready", I said how long until you do? They said 1 to 2 minutes.........LOL!!

This Taco Bell was a joke tonight. It literally took us 35-45 mins to get our food from the drive thru. They were SOOOOO slow. People would pull up to the speaker and it would take them forever to come to the speaker for the customer to order their food. The two girls in the front were gossiping and lollygagging around. When we got home, our food wasn’t even put together correctly. Sauce was all over the wrapper and not in the spicy potato tacos. The chicken chalupa had MAYBE 4 pieces of chicken and was drenched in sour cream. The tomatoes were all over the place but the chalupa. For them being that dang slow at taking orders and getting the food out the door, the food should’ve been put together better or something.

The food it was excellent that's what you expect from Taco Bell. However the night crew working that night was extremely rude there was an extremely long wait and every time someone would go to the drive-thru speaker the person on the other end would always have him wait what seems like several minutes between orders not good management at night.

Ordered Nacho Bell Grande & mex pizza. Beef & beans just clumped in the middle old & hard. The chips tasted weird. The pizza seemed old. I ate very little before throwing it away & overspending for uber eats to bring me food from a different place.

Update: better service lately. Food has been fresh. Employees are more attentive too. Not 5 star, but closer. Original: I know they are understaffed at the moment but I am rarely pleased with this location, even at full staff capacity. Last visit in particular, team member handed us a bag at the window. After several seconds of silence, hubby asked, "Is this all?" (Which you should not have to do, obviously) to which the team member said, "I don't know. I guess so."
