Cool Irish pub with decent food. I've only had the burger, but it was cooked well and it was nice and juicy. My waiter was friendly and the pub itself is beautifully decorated with lots of dark wood. Cool spot overall.

What you would hope for in Irish American pub. Food was good. My son had the fish and chips and said they were top-notch. I had the corned beef Ruben, which was also very good. Great tap selection— both Irish and American staples and a good mix of local breweries thrown in. It was a good hang before seeing a movie down the street.

Massive, busy, lively sports bar. Food was good, service depends how busy the place is same as anywhere. Beer selection is good, spirits selection looked fairly large. Sports wise, it's a good bar for NHL football, it's a great bar for Football (sorry, Soccer), and is an official Arsenal supporters bar.

Dec 2023: Irish pub. No outdoor seating was available. Lovely place for a quick bite. Food and service were excellent. Outdoor tented seating area overlooking parking lot was fine with a trellis blocking view. Remember to tip well, as the wait staff is walking quite a distance to get your food. Restrooms were clean. Easy parking!

We went for lunch and found the place to not be crowded mid-day on a Tuesday. The female bartender was lovely, taking pictures for us and giving us all the time in the world to chat, order and eat. The menu was very extensive and the prices were quite reasonable. The place is huge with an up and downstairs and I would guess is quite lively on the weekends.

Just celebrated our 35 year class reunion and had a great time. We had the 3rd floor reserved with a cash bar and food buffet. The food was good.

Great spot in Morristown to grab a drink, I've been here multiple times. Food is typical bar food, nothing to be excited about, but the selection of drinks and the atmosphere more than made up for it.

Grasshopper continues to be one of our favorite pubs in Morristown! The food is always delicious the service is always prompt and they have a good mix of beers on draft.

Place is a good place to stop beer and a burger, the atmosphere is loud and fun exactly what you would expect at a classic Irish pub. If you like cheese and broccoli they Broccoli Poppers which sound funky but are really good and goes well with a cold beer.

I had yesterday lunch with my husband and I can tell the place looks sooo cool! I wonder how it looks on weekends! 🙈 I’ll give a try for sure 😂. We’ve got fish and chips, which were amazing and a platter with chicken and spicy sauce(unfortunately I don’t remember the name). The platter wasn’t that good to be onest, the texture of the chicken was kinda hard. We told our server about this and she was sooo nice that she took it off our bill!! The service was excellent!!! We’ll be back for sure!!!

I absolutely love Grasshopper aka The Hopper. I'm a local so I pop in often. What you get here is something that makes you think you just walked into an Irish Pub...the bartenders are about as attentive and professional as you could want and they all know how to pour a perfect Guinness pint. If Guinness isn't your thing, plenty of other options. Great food too. I'd give this place the full 5 stars except for one thing: sometimes the music volume is blasting to the point of absurdity for no reason at all. Don't get me wrong, on a Friday or Saturday night I get that it becomes more of a club crowd but on a night when everyone is there to watch a game or it's a less crowded Thursday or Sunday night, there's no reason to blast our ears out. That said, this place is a gem but turning down the volume once and a while wouldn't hurt. Maybe it's the old man in me but sometimes you want to talk with your friends without losing your voice. After all, it's supposed to be an Irish Pub, right?
