Cannot wait to go back!!! My fiance and myself stopped in for a bite this past Saturday..all I can say is that the sandwiches/papaya salad/summer rolls are TOP NOTCH..and the staff was extremely courteous..the place is small but big enough to perform at the high level they seem to achieve..while dining in, numerous people came in to pick up orders..what does that tell you!!!? They just became one of my favorite eateries!!!

Saigon Subs consistently serves the best bahn mi without contest. My husband and I have been here countless times and every time is phenomenal from the bread to the ratio of fillings. We’ve tried multiple places since moving to NJ and we have yet to find a place that even comes close. You also can’t beat the price - 2 amazing bahn mi sandwiches and an order of (very large) summer rolls for less than $30 is a fantastic deal.

This is the best place to order lunch! Their portions are huge and prices are amazing! Food always taste good and fresh! We like Chicken plater as well as their sandwiches. I highly recommend!

This is a small little cafe that has seating for about 10 people. They specialize in Banh Mi sandwiches. We ordered the Saigon special which is pork. You can have it with jalapeño or without. The sandwich is pretty good. Also got the grilled chicken over rice as well as the Saigon special rice which has tofu, grilled chicken and sliced steak. Both the tofu and steak is curried flavored. The rice is pretty good. We also had the D4 dessert, which had red bean and different flavored jelly over crushed ice. It is pretty good as well. The bubble tea is good. The hot version is a little on the sweet side the cold version is better.

Excellent lunch. Bang Mi and Shrimp rolls were perfect. It was enough to share for two but if hungry, get both for 1 hungry eater. The Saigon coffee was too sweet so ask them that you add sugar ala Cart. Plenty of parking on side streets but not allowed in front.

This was honestly the best Banh Mi sandwich I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I ordered #1 on the menu (Saigon Special) and what made it so delicious/ different than the others I've eaten was the fact that there were different types of meat included in the sandwich (Vietnamese pork roll & ham, barbecue pork patty, pâté). It really stood out among the rest. I also ordered and loved the taro milk bubble tea... it was sweet, refreshing and also one of the best I've ever had. I highly highly recommend coming here!

Great food. Friendly service. Highly recommend satay flank steak plate, lemongrass tofu. The tofu is very special, must try. The boba milk tea is also good. Recommended.

Saigon Subs is one of my favorite restaurants in Morristown. The staff are super friendly every time and the food is excellent. Highly recommend the S4. I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years and every time without a doubt the sandwich is made to perfection! Don’t forget to order a bubble tea to go along with your meal!

The bahn mi sandwiches here are top notch. I got the S1. Saigon special. It was very flavorful with a great little kick. The sandwich ratio of meat to roll was just right and it was a very filling portion. The shrimp spring rolls were pretty good, but not a must try if you go here.

I've been wanting to come here forever lol. Bánh Mi was on my list of things to try but didn't know where to get one. After researching online and reading reviews I decided to come here. Let me tell you, it was love at first bite. I got the S1- Saigon special sandwich and I don't have the words to describe it. You just have to try it for yourself and find out why I will continue to drive the distance just to eat this delicious sandwich.
