Holy. Cow. I ordered a TomTurkey LBI only turkey and mayo. I opened it to make sure there were no tomatoes and I found THREE paper thin pieces of meat. I literally pulled off and measured the ends with no meat on them. 1.5 inches and 1.4 inches. That is almost THREE INCHES of sandwich with NO MEAT! Are you kidding????

We visit jjs in Ottawa multiple times a week. So on our way to vaca ofcourse we stopped here. Huge mistake. The server at the window was HORRIBLE. She was incredibly rude when we were ordering and after lecturing me on what to say and not say ( when I just asked for only lettuce on a sandwhich) she got all but 1 sandwich wrong on our $40 order. I can deal with an order being messed up but that attitude towards a customer I cannot. If you hate your job get a different one. We will never be back here.

Lettuce was no fresh, bread was not hallowed out like it’s supposed to be. Delivery took an hour and I live down the street… literally less than 2 minutes away. The only reason I got delivery was because my toddlers were in bed…

Ordered twice and that's all it took. Made wrong food and will make it again but I will pay for it. I'm not eating the nasty sandwich you made.. So tired of kids not doing their job. And this was a manager I spoke with too.. This place is redickuless..

I will not be going back. Place has horrible customer service. I asked for a pepe with cheese, no tomato. Ticket said no tom no cheese, sandwich had no cheese but tomato on it. So I drove back and waited in line for the right sandwich and didn't get an apology of any kind, in fact I seemed to just be annoying them. They handed me the sandwich through the window and walked away.

Jimmy Johns is always good no matter what I get the staff is always nice no matter if I am call for a delivery or I'm at the dive through. 9 times out of 10 I go to Jimmy Johns and not subway . There is a difference you can taste not sure if it just the fresh taste or the simpleness of the toppings at JJ that makes it cleaner .
