The Heritage Restaurant

The variety of food selections is great for those that aren't picky and are looking for a little adventure withoit being weird. The beer selection is great as well, both tap and bottle/cans. Local offerings, as well as the standard domestic and imports. The atmosphere is good, nice open dining room and the bar is great to sit at and down a few. The wait staff that I have encountered has been more than pleasant, helpful and very friendly with a sense of humor to boot. Definitely a place to go if you're looking for that great place tucked away in Berks County

First I want to say I came here for breakfast with my fiancé and was amazed with how the good the food was. From the manager Dan to the bar tender Ally and the server Taylor they all made us feel like we are family . They where all extremely pleasant and always had a smile on there face. Will definitely return every Sunday to see these 3

We tried to have a large party there, and we called ahead to plan the menu, details etc. but when we arrived it seemed as if they forgot about us and the manager was very elusive. We sat for 30 min before we got water. I gave it two stars though because the brunch food was good overall. But service and actual restaurant conditions were a bit lacking.

My husband and I ate dinner there on Friday night. Our meal ended up being just OK. We enjoyed the Mexi-Thai Fries on a previous visit but this time there was way TOO much of the sauce on them and on the Shrimp Appetizer. Disappointed they do not carry the Poutine anymore even though it is still listed on the menu. The Fiesta Burger was not cooked to the correct temperature. I was not interested in getting a new one or something else. I assumed it would be taken off of the bill; however they took the meat off of the roll that we had already eaten off of and put back on the grill only to now OVERCOOK it. Highly disappointed in our meal and may not return.
