Tonight I placed a mobile order. I got a box with 2 burritos and then I got nacho fries and another burrito on the side. Every single item I asked for no sour cream. That’s 4 items that I asked for no sour cream. One would think that you’d see that and realize maybe they don’t want sour cream??? I get home tonight and every single one of my items has sour cream in it but one. Glad I wasted my money and time. Won’t make that mistake again since reading is apparently hard for this Taco Bell.

This place is filthy dirty. Food preparation area was very filthy where customers could clearly see it. Trash over flowing behind front counter on the floor. Crew member wearing filthy uniform throwing food to the drive thru cashier to hand out . Girl crew member was not helping customers and was asking male crew member to look at his tattoo. Entrance doors were filthy. Place being run by a bunch of young kids that clearly need training on how to run a restaurant. This restaurant caused me to lose my tip from my customer from Uber eats. I traveled to the restaurant with my car used my gas and my 35 minutes if sitting at counter waiting to only make 5.03on the delivery

Went here a few days ago to get a burrito, somehow they forgot to put literally every thing I ordered on my burrito except for refried beans, so I ended up getting a sad, floppy, excuse of a burrito.
Like how do you forget to put meat on a burrito, that's like the main thing!
Also there were only 2 employees working there and it took 30-45 minutes to get through the drive-thru.
Also the Baja blast here tasted like dust which is a shame because I really like Baja blast

So I work at the hospital and I have only a 30 minute break and Ibdrive to Taco Bell because I cannot afford to get Doordash or delivery but I'm still a paying customer only to wait for 3 cars in front of me to be told that if I'm not a Doordash that they are not taking regular orders right now so pretty much screw the regular customers right now I will never be returning here on my break ever again. My break is pretty much over and I do not have time to go anywhere else!

I know the taco bell is about to taste great when I'm baked and so is the employee taking my card that has a negative balance. Not only does this place make me blow up my toilet when I'm hammered but also blow up my bank account after I already spent my life savings on IPAs. Would come here again though.

Horrible service. They make you use the kiosk to order. After ordering we waited 40 minutes for our food, all while thier workers was messing around. They have a sign that says understaffed, but they have staff they are all just to lazy to do anything.
