Gene's is just the way I remember so many years ago. I was a stranger walking in, though I'm a motown local, but hadn't been there in 30+years. But I was welcomed, and the beer was cold and beautiful. Same Gene's. Gotta love it.

Great place for a hot dog or pepperoni roll with a draft of local beer. Neighborhood bar filled with new friends.

Great place with absolutely great people. Can't stress enough how great it is to still have a local place with an original name still going strong in this district. Historical and really cool building.

Very cheap and cozy but don’t expect anything super nice. Just very small, humble bar.

My favorite bar in Morgantown. Fantastic atmosphere. Great staff. Best beer selection around. It’s obvious a lot of love has been put into this place. Thank y’all for a memorable night!
