I was in Morganton and wanted to try the garlic stff crust pizza. The app notified me it was done. I walked in and they were boxing it up. Got home and the pizza was amazing! The best of PJ I have had in a long time.

We rarely buy pizza in Morganton (Roses location) but I was visiting someone locally and I had a coupon for $7.99 pickup. I read it to the online server, even reading the 1.23.23 expiration date (it is 2.11.23). The expiration date never dawned on me...I was still in January. Went in to pay with $11 in hand....needed tip money too. The cashier pointed out expiration date and I said, "I know, but it's only the 11th not the 23rd. Of February she said." Then it hit me, oh it is February. The manager came over and gave me a $10.99 special and booted my s1. I was so embarrassed but so grateful. Luckily I had $1 in my car. This is rarely seen...they probably see it, but it was truly a honest mistake on my part. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated her generosity and discretion. Thx you!

Wonderful helpful staff, I do wish when you call in your order that you talk to someone that works at the local Papa John's but you now get sent to a call center! Makes ordering a pizza way more time consuming, but the food makes up for it,lol Yummy!!

Papa Johns is always very good any time of the day I go. But tonight it was amazing. My food was so fresh and perfect and it was here about 20 minutes after I ordered it. Had to brag because Dominos is literally right beside me and could never get me my food that fast and that fresh. Great job guys!

My faith in papa Johns is Back, I went on the internet and order'd a special to be deliver'd and did not get everything I key'd in.
for some reason the system knocked out one of the items that were in the special so it did not get deliver'd , I had a manager when I called pretty
much tell me I was out of luck , I wasn't looking for a freebee. Then I got in contact with Wendy And she more than took care of me. Thanks PAPA john for for having understanding Managers
