The sandwiches were nice. But in the men's bathroom I got to practice different positions of how to per. I hope one day I could float as I deuce!! Haha jokes aside it's a funny place depending on the staff on duty at that hour. Some are fabulous, others are hiding or just needing more experience in general. They make a step forward and the store makes sure to hold em back with new issues that won't be fixed due to not being in a more prioritized location s which is obvious 😅. Hang in there! All lows eventually look up! This review is encouragement 🙏

By far the best experience I’ve had here in awhile!! The place smelled so clean and you could actually see the signs on the floor. The sandwiches were made perfect!! The lady that was there Brittany and the man that was on duty tonight worked highly well together!! Will definitely be coming back!

I want to send a big shout out to Brittany! I’m in Vermont and it’s someone special to us in NC’s birthday! So we surprised her with lunch from Jimmy John’s. And with our drop off directions we asked to sing happy birthday! And Brittany obliged! Thank you again!

Good food and great service. I've been homebound since July 2020 and have really taken advantage of the delivery service. 15 minutes from the time I place my order till I'm eating. Better than most sit down restaurants. Consistent quality of the food and no major mistakes in the orders, forgot to leave tomatoes off or didn't add onions wrong chips once, minor things and I can live with that. Satisfied customer says thank you very much.

For the price of new wraps I was quite disappointed. I also waited over 30 mins for a message that order was ready for pick up. I will give JJ a rest for a long time.

No hot subs. So we left. The subs looked good, the place was clean and staff was nice. But my wife likes hot subs. Looks like their cold subs are good PLUS THEY DELIVER!!!

Really love the fast and fresh sandwiches at Jimmy John's. They have amazing Italian meats, hot cherry peppers, veggies, and toppings, plus delicious chips and cookies. Love the easy app ordering and the ease of saving favorites. Great delivery service if you are in their radius as well.
