Best seafood in the South Bay. A friendly atmosphere with attentive staff. I recommend it to all my friends. It's crowded on Taco Tuesdays for good reason, great food for a reasonable price.

I've been to Rosys many times now. I took my Mother there for a birthday lunch with family members recently. I reserved through Open Table. On arrival Rosys staff had made up the large table by the window with colorful leis and sparkles. The food was perfect, especially my favorite raw ahi tuna salad. True service can be lacking at times but the food makes up for that. I like to sit outside with my small dog for lunch on warm days and evenings. I'll be back for sure.

Had take-out due to Covid days: fish & chips, prawns, & clam chowder - all excellent, especially the clam chowder! Would love to enjoy dining inside some day if we come back this way. Just passing through on a road trip.

Rosy's is a comfortable place to eat and enjoy a delicious cocktail. The food is amazing and a wide variety on the menu. We having been enjoying Rosy's for years. The salmon is always fresh, the calamari is light and delicious. The Boardwalk Burger is terrific. The salads are always fresh and have many different choices, many are seasonal and just right. Portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. Eating in (when we can), or outside...we have always had a great experience. We highly recommend Rosy's At The Beach!!

My wife and I came in for lunch and were not disappointed. We started off with the poke before sharing a seafood paella. The poke tasted very fresh, and was complimented well by the avocado, seaweed, and sauces drizzled around the plate. I only wish it came with twice as many deep fried wonton chips; four was far too few. The paella was well worth the price. My wife and I split it, yet still, each of us was only able to finish half our bowl. Order this and you'll have lunch for a couple of days. The paella was packed with seafood; I didn't feel skimped out in the slightest. Our server did a good job. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the decor (feels a bit tacky), but maybe that's just part of the charm. From what I can tell from this visit, the restaurant seems to attract quite a few regulars who enjoy talking rather loudly with each other, so if you're looking for a quiet night out, you might look elsewhere. Ultimately, these are minor drawbacks on an exceedingly positive experience.

They have the best fish tacos according to the SJ Mercury News. I didn't know that counts as news now. The best fish tacos seems extremely subjective, but I guess most news is. What's the criteria for the best fish tacos? I'm assuming each person has their own criteria. What criteria is the SJ Mercury News going by? Do they have one person working at SJ Mercury News with exceptional taste buds trying as many fish tacos as possible? Obviously that one person can't try all the fish tacos that this world has to offer, but if that person was dedicated enough and hungry enough he/she might be able to try all the fish tacos that the Bay Area has to offer. I'm assuming these fish tacos were deemed best in the Bay Area, not the world. I'd imagine if one employee from the SJ Mercury News tried all the fish tacos in the Bay Area in order to find the "best" fish tacos, he/she would have to start worrying about mercury poisoning. Imagine if that was a news story for the SJ Mercury News, "Employee from SJ Mercury News gets mercury poisoning". That would definitely be a hooking headline. Anyways, I got the fish tacos and while they weren't the best I ever had, they were still really good.

For a Saturday lunch, place had a good clientele while not being over crowded. The wonton appetizer had a nice taste and we’ll balance ingredient. The chicken and shrimp risotto was slightly on the sweet side from the sweet corn that’s added into the dish but the shrimps were fresh and tasty. Good service and pet friendly.
