Dunkin' Donuts

Under New Management!!! About time this happened!! I'm a regular customer for past few months and today was the first time I felt my business was appreciated.. over the past few months going to this Dunkin I have seen many customers leaving very upset.. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee ☕!! Today was the first time I've gotten a real cup of coffee that is hot 🔥.. many time the coffee would be cold very cold and the attitude for being there from some of the employees was unacceptable.. the only reason why I kept going there was the Convenience and I have gotten a few gift cards for birthdays ect..I hope the new staff continues being nice to customer and provide great services and correct orders for all their customers.. I hoped they can fix the bad Repetition they have over the past few months..

I ordered a hot latte. Got the cup coffee was cold. Went back around drive thru cause inside was closed. They fixed me a larger cup. I'm appreciative, but received no apology, maybe should hv offered a free donut, something. Apology goes a long way! Own up to your mistakes an customers will be more nicer when you ask for reviews.

service is always incredibly fast and the workers are super kind. my drink is a little specific so the fact that they are always able to make it right is a relief. i like just being able to stop here, order my drink, and leave. this looks like it would be a great place to sit and do school work and eventually i plan on working at this dunkin’. donut selection is always good especially since my younger brother and sister love the donuts here. this is my favorite dunkin’ in the mooresville area.

I have visited this location 5 times in the past month. Each time I have ordered a Large Hot dark roast coffee, with 3hazelnut swirl and one cream. I have only received the drink made correctly once, and it happened to be like warm at best. This location is less than one star on customer service, efficiency and seems to lack the basic knowledge of how drinks are made. I will no longer be taking my business here and recommend you do the same. Staff isn’t welcoming when placing order.

I asked for a half regular caffeine fine and half decaf coffee this morning & got full caffeine. I ordered online so you'd think it would be fine right? no. I cannot have that much caffeine due to a medical condition. Of course when I got a caffeinated coffee I didnt know until the caffeine kicked in later, It messed up my day entirely and I had to cancel my plans I understand these workers are dealing with a lot and making minimum wage but please, try harder. it really affects peoples whole day especially when they may have a medical condition
