Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered food online for pickup this past Saturday and our food was awful and cold. I paid $46 for wings, onion rings, a kids meal & 10 piece boneless burnt bites with fries. My email said pickup at 8:20 arrived at 8:21 to a young lady struggling pulling our food out of the warmer. The fries were overcooked and cold & the boneless wings lacked EVERYTHING!! I don’t understand to pay this much for food and to watch my husband almost break his teeth trying to eat his food is unacceptable.

Made a really large order here for takeout and for the most part, they followed through. We like our wings extra crispy and extra saucy, but it seemed like they only did that to some of the wings. Asian Zing were made perfectly this way, but the honey BBQ were rather dry and the teriyaki were a little slimey. We re-fried the cheese curds bc they got a bit cold and they were really tasty (we also fried our own mozzarella sticks that we had in the freezer and tbh everyone thought the sticks were way better). We asked for extra containers of ranch (these guys seriously have the one of the best ranches I have ever had) and they gave us like 10 containers yay Going to see if I can put them all into a jar to keep in the fridge. We got the loaded nachos but asked for no onions (a true post-covid horror to eat). They said they would have to take out the pico de gallo, but then they ended up taking out like everything else too...? Those are not loaded! Overall though, everything was pretty darn good.

Fun atmosphere still early after work (adults and kids in our group.) Download the app to do the trivia game while you eat. Everything was spicier than we expected -- I ordered spicier wings that I had once at a different location and they were too spicy to enjoy here. The mild wings were too spicy for my wife. That might not be a problem for anyone else though. Also food comes out when it's ready instead of coming out all at once so that's a little annoying if you're with a large group like we had.

It's the worst experience that I have ever had. The waitress at the table kathlyn is so rude ans showed a worst attitude. We felt we have been insulted due to our race (Asian Indian). She did not even placed some napkins and plates for us and we have keep asking her and we asked for some carrots and she was asking if she gave some in the first time. And we just left in the middle and made a complaint to the store manager and he did not even cared about us and did not apologized for the waitresses rude behavior. I called the customer support to log a complaint that we have been treated very badly and they got all the info. They told us that they will give 2000 points and but I told them that we don't need that. We never felt so bad anywhere as the people of united states are very friendly and welcoming. And this incident has just tipped as we are being racially abused.. hope the management will take serious action. But I would never ever visit this place again.
