Little Caesars

My husband went to get a pizza at about 9:30pm on a Wednesday. He asked if they had an ExtraMostBestest ready. No. Any wings. No. Any cheesy bread. No. Any crazy bread. No. All they had was pepperoni ready. Okay, I know most of those items aren't always ready but really...only pepperoni? So he comes home and I open the box...it's not even cut! What the hell? I had to cut it with kitchen shears because I don't have a pizza cutter lol. Could have done it with a knife but the shears were better with letting my 5 year old help :) No matter tho, that should not have happened.

Moore has became a classy town but we are cursed with the little Caesars on Eastern. 80% of the time, literally the "hot and ready" pizzas are old and crunch like cardboard scraping the roof of your mouth when you bight into them. If the pizza is not old they are made terribly. I am actually excited when I see a well-made pizza there and that is sad. Moore can we please get a good quality little Caesars!?? They have been switching managers for years and nothing ever changes!!

Ordered over the phone at 7:10pm. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at 7:25. Was told unfortunately my pizza wasn’t ready but should be in about 5 minutes and would I please pull forward and my order would be brought to me. Sat out in the 95* heat for 10 minutes and went inside to check. Was told unfortunately it still wasn’t ready but should be in about 10 more minutes. At this point the clock is running at 25 minutes and counting. Finally got my single pizza at 7:50pm. Asked for parmesan and chili pepper. Unfortunately we’re out of…..Completely dropped the ball in all respects. I really don’t appreciate being lied to. Won’t be back.

The lady opened the window, never turned to look my way or even speak to me. I asked if there was a menu. She popped the remainder of whatever she was eating into her mouth and proceeded to tell me she had cheese, pepperoni and sausage. She did all this while never making eye contact. I gave her a "no thanks" and drove down to Dominoes where I was greeted, verbally and with eye contact, ordered my pizzas. And was thanked by everyone as they handed me my food. Customer service, people. It makes a difference.

Went to drive through girls sitting against the window joking with another employee … walks away when I drive up waits got me to ring the bell… then stared around the ovens… and looks at me for 5 seconds like I’m doing a magic trick or something… then comes to the window and asks what I want. 2 cheese 2 pepperoni… laughed as they all 3 looked at each other and said we dont have cheese… said I’ll go to another store and they closed the window before o could roll up my window

The is the worst Little Ceasars in the world. I will never go to this location again and maybe no Little Ceasars again after my experience at the Moore Oklahoma 12th and Eastern location. We spent almost$100 on this visit on pizzas and the employees were so rude. They messed up our order and when we asked if they could fix the mistake (missing one pizza and then the wrong kind on another...not that big a deal) they argued and said rude things and then told us we weren't allowed to come back to their store again and to go to another location instead. I asked for their store manager info and they wouldn't give me any information to contact him/her. I have never been treated so bad at a place I am doing business with before in my life. It was horrible! Please just skip Little Ceasars especially the Moore Oklahoms 12th and Eastern location unless you want to deal with jerks.
