This location is an absolute joke. Have been here a few times, each time is disappointing. Every time I’ve been before they haven’t had the broccoli beef entree. This time while ordering from the drive through they did. Made it home to open my box to find 5 pieces of broccoli and one little piece of beef. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. If you still want Panda Express go out of your way to Norman to get better service and portions. Won’t be back to this location again.

Ordered bigger plate, paid 2.50 extra for double walnut shrimp. Got a SMALL portion. Got a small box of string bean chicken for $13.67. I went back inside and asked for manager, she said you only get 7 pieces of shrimp. Ridiculous, I've never gotten a portion so small at any Panda Express. She offered me more. I declined, if this is what I'm "supposed" to get then so be it. Lost my business, and I'll make sure to let the whole construction site know how portions run here. Raise the price if inflation is hurting bottom line, not cut the portions.

Three visits in a row they have been out of fried rice and/or orange chicken at the time of my order. --- Update: I tried again. This time everything appeared to be available. However, the drive thru person was clearly doing two things at once and not really listening to my order. My order: 2 Orange Chicken bowls, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. What was entered: 1 Orange Chicken bowl, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. I attempted to correct him, instructing him that there are TWO bowls. He modified the existing plate to a bowl, resulting in a still-incorrect order. I attempted to correct him again, instructing him that there are TWO Orange Chicken bowls + ONE plate (Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp). He then got those correct… however, entered in my plate as double Orange Chicken. At this point, I was amused at having a simple order not being correct after three attempts. I have updated my rating to 2-stars on the premise that “it can always be worse”. I am sure one day I will forget these experiences & try again, and will post an update. ------ UPDATE: May 2022 After several normal visits, our luck ran out again. 3 meals with orange chicken so overcooked it was completely inedible. I will trudge my way through an overcooked meal, but this was legitimately inedible. I'm talking rock hard, beef-jerky-texture inedible. I'm sympathetic to an overworked / understaffed kitchen .. but this lies on the manager's inability or unwillingness to correct obvious mistakes.

Updated March 20,2022. Decided to try again since their dining room is now open and Panda Express sounded good tonight. I was more disappointed tonight than I’ve ever been. 5 out of the 6 spots by the building were taken by the employees working there. And one of those was illegally parked in a handicap spot. The inside was so cold, my fried rice and orange chicken were cold before I even made it halfway through them. The teriyaki chicken was bland and burnt. I tried to get cheese rangoon and they were out of it again. That’s it too many bad experiences here to continue trying to eat here. I’ll eat at the one off of I-240 in front of Walmart from now on. Added 3 pictures showing the employee parking in the closest spots. Original post: Stopped by again to eat only to find their dining room still not open. Too many other options for open dining rooms to eat at. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you. Schlotzsky’s it is.

My wife went to the Moore store and went in to order our food. She stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. She finally asked if someone could help her. At that point she got someone to at least say something to her. They said I’m covering the drive through. About that time one of the employees started filling a plate for themselves. She knew that because he said I’m going on break and took his food. By this time she has had enough and said I’ll just leave then and the employee that she was talking to said okay I’ll see you. Please hire some people that care about what they do. The last time we ate at this store the food was not very good! The rice was not at all fresh, it was almost hard. I couldn’t even eat it! We thought tonight well let’s give them another chance. That didn’t work out very well now did it? We will not be going back to this store for sure!!!

It seems my two experiences are not unusual at this place. In the last month, I came by and the speaker was down. 2nd time, they couldn't hear me say two entree plate and they were out of the shrimp. today 4-16-22 I said the bigger plate, the person taking the order is talking to someone else. I tell her what I want. Now how she got that I ordered two plates is nonsense. If she was paying attention, maybe she realize it was one plate. I left. Nope, not correctly my order. do not trust them once you have a complaint.

Every time I go they never have super greens or white rice, there is a wait on orange chicken or teriyaki chicken. You always wait for forever, the service is usually horrible, you wait at the box with no acknowledgement or go inside after waiting 10 minutes for them to tell you they are out of what you ordered or it’s still another 10 minutes. I understand it’s stressful during these times but the least you could do is provide good service and smiles or at least an apology for a wait time, being in the food industry sometimes that’s all it really takes, or hey I’m sorry you waited longer than expected we gave you a little extra, or threw a desert with your order. Simple as that.

PRICES NOT ACCURATE ON DRIVE THROUGH MENU!! I ordered a Kung Po Chicken bowel which, according to the menu should have been a subtotal of $6.40. When I got to the window, the subtotal on the receipt was $7.10!! That’s a difference of $0.70, or almost 11%!!! I noticed this a while ago and tried it again today. They wait to give you the total at the window, because if youre sitting at the speaker with the menu in front of you, you would know right away something is wrong. For my order, that wasn’t a whole lot of money, but if you are going through the drive through with a family or large order, BEWARE!!
