Burger King

This location, previously, had ALWAYS been terribly slow. We avoided getting breakfast from BK in Leeds for quite a while because we knew it would take a long time to actually get our order, but today? We placed our order with a very sunny voice at the menu, pulled around to 2 cars in front of us, and got through the line in a very decent amount of time, and received our order immediately reaching the window. I'm looking forward to returning as it seems they're working to get my business back, and if they're doing this well today, I hope Leeds/moody gives them a chance.

I went to the drive-thru no one was in drive-thru but me. They kept telling me to hold on. I waited 10 minutes two people drove off behind me. Finally said hello and Lady said very rudely please hold on. Drove around and lady was hanging out the window just staring into space. Love Burger King but will never go back. Sucks too because I really like Burger King. But this one is garbage.

One car in front of me while waiting to order very slow service. Got to the place to order waited way to long finally asked if anyone was there finally got an answer they said they would be right with me. Took forever ever. When I got to the pick up window could see a couple of workers wandering around seemed like they Were not interested in helping person at drive through window. When I finally got my food it was all squished into a little bag. Got home and it was cold. I live not far away. Normally I would have left had I not promised this to my husband. Won’t return. I always wondered why there drive in was not busy like other hamburgers restaurants in area.

7:30am on a Thursday morning and there was not a single customer in the drive thru or in the dining room.... that should have been my first sign. The entire place was disgusting, especially the bathroom, it was absolutely filthy. The two employees I did see were standing behind the counter doing nothing. I just walked out, didnt even bother to order. Will not ever go back to the Moody location.

The service at this Burger King is absolutely atrocious. In fact, it's so bad, I don't even know where to begin. Shake machine is down half the time, the lemonade slushie summer special, can't get it because that machine is down too. Couldn't take debit or credit cards for a week because....surprise, machine was down. I've yet to have an order done correctly. However, the very worst aspect of this awful place is the appalling lack of customer service, it's unforgivable how rude they are. The drive through is the worst. I mean, if I were corporate, I'd fire every manager there....and whoever you are in the drive through window that clearly hates her job, life and the world....shame on you. Had I or anyone treated you the way you treated me, I'm positive it would have ended in a fist fight. I'm only sorry 1 star is the poorest rating I can give you because you don't even deserve that. Dear corporate, this store is an embarrassment to your franchise....DO SOMETHING!!!

Went through drive thru and was asked to pull forward.. no big deal, 10 minutes later I walked in to check on order. Waited another 10 minutes or so before getting our food. Order was correct and fresh, but waited about 20 min to get it. While waiting I noticed only 2-3 people were working, back area looked trashed with stuff all over the floors. On duty manager and drive thru worker were having a heated argument the whole time, thought they were going to fight or one was about to quit and walk out.
