Came here for lunch with my wife. Never been but always wanted to swing by, finally the opportunity came around. Was very pleasantly surprised. We stopped on a whim. So glad we did. The employees acted like they were genuinely interested in our satisfaction (uncommon today). Very clean. Pleasant music at an appropriate volume. Nice atmosphere. And, the food was amazing! We’ll be back soon.
The broth: good, the noodles: okay, the atmosphere: great, the staff: wonderful, all of the remaining ingredients in the bowl were amazing. The pork belly and chicken were delicious. Their homemade sambal was fantastic. The hot peppers are a must. The prices were also very reasonable. I'll be back,
Ramen Chops is amazing! Most definitely recommend this Ramen! Great menu with lots of options or just make your own! We love supporting our local businesses. The owner (and employees) are very genuine and helpful. Definitely coming back!
Wow! Fantastic atmosphere and owners who care about your experience. Food is great and will be able to accommodate all ranges of taste. If you like it spicy not a problem, they will be able to cover that easily. If spice isn't your thing that's not a problem either.
Delicious! I had the cold & fresh noodle bowl... ingredients are super fresh. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the process and options for putting together a bowl you will love. Next time, we need to bring the office here... they’ll love it as much as we did!
Service was friendly and prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the spicy Miso bowl. Only complaints are that they use ground chicken and slice udon too short. Sambal tastes like Sambal. Ramen typically uses Ramen and has distinct ingredients that are visually separate from each other. This

Finally tried this spot today and was pleasantly surprised. Having friends from Japan and knowing the flavors of traditional ramen had me worried about eating here.
But you must have perspective and understand this is Colorado and not Japan.

We ordered miso spicy udon, spicy miso Ramen and a poke bowl. Also the pork bao buns. Staff was incredibly helpful. Food delicious. We came across this place via Google search. Otherwise, not sure if we would've spotted this awesome place.
This place is great. Best ramen I’ve had in the Colorado Springs area. Quick and inexpensive as well and the owners are working the counter and are super friendly! I got the “Tokyo” plus some mushrooms and it was fantastic.
An excellent addition to the Asian food scene. The portions are just right, and the flavors are excellent. Three staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they're creating for you. This was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back!

Can not recommend this place enough. I almost never leave reviews but you all deserve it! Food was amazing, fast and your staff is top notch and friendly!! It was so good I went 2 days in a row!! I hope you start this as a franchise so I can have one by me someday!
Great place! The staff was super friendly and the food choices were great. Lots of healthy options with choices of "Hot and Brothy, Chilled and Saucy, or Fresh and Leafy." Was expecting only hot options but it's got cold salads and cold ramen for summer time dishes. Very busy. Cool vibe.
First time going there but definitely not the last. The environment is beyond friendly, relaxing, extremely clean, and it sets the pace for an amazing sit down. The food is beyond what we expected and we cant wait to go back and try more combinations of everything they have to offer. Needless to say
Nice small hardworking business. Staff was friendly and food was good for a quick meal. Nice change of pace from the normal fast food rat race. Cool place to dine in with bar stools that let you grab some fresh air from the glass roll up garage door that sits right above the bar top itself. 👌
