Went here to meet up with a friend and his wife who were visiting out of town - and let me just say we were delighted. Simple. Easy to serve yourself. Clean. Great seating indoor and out. Helpful staff. And the cake batter froyo is…out of this world. Love it.

I love this little place! The family loves to come here and get our customized frozen yogurt desserts. With the pandemic, they are still preparing the dishes for you, so I really miss the self service/customization aspect, but the employees do a great job getting the toppings that you really want. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are friendly, helpfuml, and efficient . We will continue to support the local businesses in Monticello, especially outstanding ones like Froyo Factory. It is a great place for the kids to hang out also!

I only had the froyo but there was a good selection of flavors. Particularly Fro Yo Factory had a wide array of toppings to go with the froyo with sauces/drizzles which is something you don't often see. Some unique toppings such as kiwi and mango boba which pair very well with the fruit flavor froyo.
