Wendy's

It was ok... My fries were hot. My burger was warm.... They didn't have a vanilla frosty. They only had strawberry and chocolate. The older lady who I assume was the manager wasn't very friendly! Than she put an extremely dirty lid on top of my daughter's frosty cup! They acted as if it was a problem when I said something... We don't eat there often... Probably won't be back for a while.. They also don't have any vegan choices on the menu! My daughter got a baked potato. The butter was liquid and the sour cream was spoiled! So we wasted money... WE WON'T GO BACK!

The place was filthy! The crew were rude (arguing amonst other crew members) EVERYTHING about my order was WRONG! To top it all off (my order was 9 dollars and 75 cents) I grew her a 20 dollar bill... she gave me back a quarter.. Meaning she literally tipped herself 10 bucks! ... not to mention the wait.... horrible, horrible place to be...stay far away from Wendy's in Monticello Arkansas

I'm with door dash I had a delivery today from there everything was ok with getting the order ready but the person who gave me the order didn't just give it to me she threw it across the counter at me and said here have a good day. I'm not gonna be responsible for someone else's fault corporate needs to get this situation fixed asap I've heard I'm not the only one she does this to as well. Not good for business...
