0 STARS if it would let me. Have called 10 times and hit every extension I can to place a take out order and nobody’s answers. FIX YOUR PHONE SYSTEM OR HIRE EMPLOYEES CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB. This is the 3rd time in the last year it’s happened, the other 2 times I had to go in and order in person…not this time. Taking my business elsewhere.

Sat for 30 minutes and didn’t get service. Only 3 other occupied tables at this time. Went up to the bar after being there 15 min and he said he’d come help us and never did. Never stopped at our table once- no menus, waters, anything. Helped the other tables (that we were within 10 feet of us) multiple times. When we left and asked why we couldn’t get service, he claimed he never saw us and we could have come up to the bar (did that- didn’t work). Won’t be back

We almost didn't eat here before bowling because of the recent reviews... we gave it a chance anyways and I'm happy we did. The bartender was our server and he managed the lunch rush by himself while giving us good friendly service. I had a crunchy chicken wrap with special orders and they nailed every request! It was good food and the portions were good value too. We had a larger group and everyone food arrived at the same time. Recommend trying it especially if Erick is working bar!

First time my son and I went there was ONE customer at the bar. The bartender was "shooting the breeze" with him.
After not even a single glance in our direction for 3-4 minutes we walked out.
That was about 4-5 months ago. I went in to have a pop & see if I could get a bite to eat. Yes it is Thanksgiving but didn't make it to any big gatherings... so I was hoping to get something other than pizza.
Long story short .. I was in contact with the bartender 30 seconds before I sat down.
SAME THING.. 4-5 minutes WALKED OUT AGAIN!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE EITHER!!!!! 😡🤬👎👎👎👎👎!

A few friends and I came here to have some lunch. Place was dead at 3pm. We all ordered our food and we received it very fast. My soup was barely warm, asked to get it reheated. My friends got wings, they we're cold also and didn't taste good. We ordered waffle fries but received regular cut fries. The only good part was the waitress, she corrected all mistakes that the cooks did. Won't be returning here, but I have heard there food is really good, the cook must of been slacking this day.

First time we went to the Saturday buffet it was wonderful food, a little unorganized. Told our friends about it and took them there this last Saturday. I had to wave a person walking by to find a waitress, the ribs were so dry and over cooked nothing would help them. The macaroni and cheese --was more like just macaroni. So disappointed. Will try it one more time and hope it was just a bad night last Saturday night.

We went there for the first time on their Sunday breakfast buffet. Friendly and attentive staff and good breakfast buffet with omelet bar. You could call it a "brunch" as they did have pizza and some desserts, but more standard breakfast fare. Nice place and food was prepared well. Will definitely go back.

They have a lot of TV's so you are almost assured to have a good seat to watch whatever game that you want. They will change a channel for you as long as someone else before you didn't request what is already being shown on the tv. The food here is good and priced very well. The bar is well stocked and you can also play pull tabs here. Definitely a great place to go and watch a game with friends. Servers are usually pretty good.

This place really needs to get better staff.. twice now I received terrible service here. Typically, we have always enjoyed coming here for dinner and drinks (even tho the drinks are mostly ice with a dash of drink) the food and services was decent enough, but last Sunday we came in and our waitress was fast to greet us with menus and take our drink order and was back very fast with our drinks and immediately took out her order pad to take our order. I asked for a min to decide. 20 mins she finally came back to get our food ordered.. 20 min! And didn't even apologize for the wait. Whatever. I guess a min, means 20. So then, after being there for an hour, our food finally comes out, again, no apologies for the wait, and boy, do I wish I would have ordered another drink at that point because she never once came back to check on us. Me and the hubby were pretty much done eating with empty cups on the end of the table when she finally comes back and asks "so.. are we done here?" Really, that's what you wanna ask me? Not, can I get you anything? Or, how was everything? Nope, she brings the check and asked if "we're all done here" apparently wasting her time... I could have understood if the bar was busy but seriously, there was like 5 people up at the bar with the bartender and two tables of people. Our waitress (not bartender) spent most of her time standing around at the bar trying to appear busy with nothing going on. She was ridiculous! Well, so, fluke maybe? We tried again tonight. Waited for 15 mins or more before anyone even came with menus.. we left. This place has greatly gone down hill... sadly, will not be returning.

My daughter had her wedding on 3/19/2016. What an amazing place. Lot's of compliments on the room and food. The food was amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to have her wedding. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Service was great and if I had to do it all over again, this would be the place. Thank you for making Jen's day very special!

Worked this venue for a wedding and I was very impressed with how helpful all their staff were. A great bunch who went above and beyond and I hope we get to come to work with them again. I would recommend them for any party or wedding!!

This place is awesome! So much to do for all age groups. They have the best selection of bowling balls. I was able to find 7 and 8 pound balls that would fit my hands. They have service at the lanes for food and drink. Specials different nights of the week. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. Get a Groupon and spend the evening there. We had so much fun, we went back a second time the week our kids were visiting.

Our family was there for Brunch this morning and couldn't have been happier. Everything was well organized. The food was fantastic and our server, Hannah did a wonderful job. We had a party of 13 and she always made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Horrible service!!! Our server never came back to our table, when he did , it was yo tell us he was leaving and another server would be stopping by . She came by a dropped our check off!!! Almost comical . Guess we were done

Our second time eating at the restaurant side, the service was terrible. The waitresses were nice enough but no one greeted us or came with menus, our drinks took at least 10 minutes to bring, and the food was probably a 40 minute wait. We never got app plates or silverware.
I didn't consider asking for a manager after reading the responses to the complaints of the same nature.

I wish I could select zero stars. We've been here many times. Friday night ranks as possibly the worst experience at a restaurant you can ask for. It took 25 minutes after ordering drinks to receive them. It took close to an hour for food which only came out for some of the table. One person's food took an hour and a half to arrive by which point everyone had pretty much finished their meal. The manager which never could be spotted once in the place would not even come out to address the situation and relayed through our server that, "if we wanted to wait a while he'd be out in a bit." That was at the two hour mark. What kind of manager won't check on customers and address problems. That's sub standard management. I won't be returning and I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere if that is the attention paid to paying guests.

We celebrated our son's 10th birthday a few weeks early on Saturday at River City Extreme. We had an awesome time playing laser tag, arcade games, chowing down on good food, enjoying yummy laser tag cake, and playing telephone. The staff complimented our group for being so polite and well behaved. The staff--especially our hostess, Skylar--were incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, accommodating, great with children, and worked hard to ensure all of us had a fun time. The price was very reasonable, too! We highly recommend River City Extreme for a fun family day or any party.

We went there for lunch. We sat for 20 min and no waitress. There were only 6 other people in there. I finally had to stand up and say hello anyone working here because you do have customers waiting. I usually see better service at Foul Line. But there are times when it takes forever to get waited on. I've gone in there when empty and still had to wait forever.

The boys loved laser tag. We had difficulty getting a server. When they brought our pizzas, they didn't bring any plates, napkins or water. Any service, wasn't good. We had called ahead to find out if there was league bowling that night, and we were told that there wasn't. When we went to bowl, all the lanes were taken with league bowlers. We had to wait another hour to bowl.

It's a nice place where you can bowl and there banquet room holds just over 300 people. The first purse bingo they held there had a huge interest and turn out. It was a fun day at purse bingo and would will tell others about how fun it was.
