Taco Bell

We have been customers for many years and our order is routinely wrong. Items are either missing, incorrect, or altogether not what we ordered. And it always happens at this location. Why is there no quality control happening when it comes to the orders? I should be able to come in, get what I ordered, and leave without having to resort to inspecting the order myself.

Absolutely horrible!!! They can never get a order right & if I wanted that, I'd go to McDonald's!!!! Two girls standing there talking and can't remember TWO TWISTS. 3rd time I've gone this has happened!!! Try to call them, bc we just had a snow storm so I'm not driving back, & the phone beeps "busy"... Not very happy! I never write bad reviews either so this is honestly that pathetic!!!! Get some real employees in that place!

I LOVE Taco Bell. Hands down, my favorite restaurant. The app is easy to use and they have so many different options for delicious food, at unbeatable prices. But THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. Based on my experience today and in the past I'm saying customer service here is nonexistent, and the food is sub-par. Half of our food was missing. The "extra cheese" soft shell barely had any cheese on it. And worst of all, my "vegetarian" burrito was full of BEEF. AVOID THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. If you can make the drive, go to the one in Battleground on 43. Every experience I have had there has been superb. The staff are all friendly and the food is always on point!

Taco Bell has the only worth while fast food breakfast burritos. So it is very sad to me that they have now decided to delay opening until 8:00am. If they are going to start serving breakfast that late, they may as well get rid of the breakfast menu again. Even starting at 7:00am they are the late opener compared to the other fast food places serving breakfast. Most working people start their work day by 7:00am. So, even delaying opening to 7:00am has probably been causing Taco Bell to miss most of the available morning customers.. Sadly, I will no longer be coming to get breakfast during the week because 8:00 breakfast pushes my day back too far. Farewell, Taco Bell breakfast.
