Excellent Service, a great tradition classic chicken sandwich, prepared the way you like it. Even was handed a bacon, cheese covered fries for free due to someone didn't pick them up. Thank You. Clean inside and Dining Room is open. Great workers I can't say enough.

The new manager is working hard! Improvements are fabulous. 3 cars ahead of me and less than 2 minutes waiting. Chile was steaming hot, fries were fresh and burgers were made to perfection. What a huge difference. Standing ovation!!! Keep it going !!! Wendy's is now back full bore ahead

I never thought I would have to write a compliant about a fast food joint being its fast food, and you can't expect much. But, this location is exceptionally bad. My boy's burger wasn't even cooked through, a large fry was barely filled to the middle and, we found dirt in our cup. To make matters worse the girl at the drive thru with hardly any teeth is completely incompetent. It's very obvious she hates her job so, instead of quitting she takes it out on customers by swiping their card instead, of putting the chip into the machine. She then has the nerve to tell people their card is declined when simply my bfs Chase card won't allow swipes. Luckily my Discover card allows swipes and, we were able to get our food.

CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a really high tolerance for long wait times and repeated mistakes on orders, but this Wendys has gotten so bad whoever runs the place should be ashamed. I literally spent almost half an hour waiting in a line that didnt move while the only visible employee crouched down behind the window so that the customer at the drive through window couldnt see them. If you are not taking orders, then put up a sign or close for the day. Don't just crouch down and hide, waiting for people to get fed up and drive away. And this wasn't just a freak one time incident. Whatever improvements they made are gone and now the wait times are worse than ever

just left the drive thru after waiting for 15 minutes. Got up to the microphone and it was like they were closed. No one said anything. Waited for what felt like an appropriate 5 minutes before saying "hello?" twice. I figured maybe something was wrong with their system and they couldn't hear me so I pulled around. Turns out they were too busy arguing with a customer before me to be bothered with taking orders. Drove off after that. Honestly my mistake for ever thinking this Wendy's could ever be anything other than the lowest common denominator amongst fast food workers (a stellar achievement in how sad it is).

DO NOT COME HERE- THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I walked in to pick up my online order and there was NO ONE at the register and there was a man waiting to order.
I can hear the employees in the back discussing a fight. After a few minutes of idle standing and waiting for an employee to come out, someone finally gave me my mobile order.
I made an online order for
2-10 piece nuggets
2- 2 baconators
And cheese fries.
Instead of the $6.99 baconators, I recieved 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers.
Waste of money and time!!!!

Everytime and I mean everytime I come here I have to go back inside to get my order corrected the changes that have been made are definitely going in the right direction things look clean through the window food was perfect staff was prompt and respectful excellent job!

Slowest Wendy’s ever. Waited on the drive thru line to order 20 mins. And then to get my food after I ordered another 15 mins.
