Smoothie King

Pretty disappointed. I got up early this morning with a hankering for a smoothie. I thought it would be a great healthy way to start the day. I showed up early(before open) and waited patiently. 7 came and went and the store wasn't open. I finally had to leave for work at about 7:20. I get everyone is human and we're all late sometimes but today was a big let down!

*****Horrible service!! **** Love their smoothies but the owner of this location doesn’t value his business!!! This location is almost always closed when it should be open!!! I am sitting in the parking lot staring at the darkness. The store is suppose to open at 7am - NOT 7:15!! NOT 7:30!! Opening employee showed up at 7:05am this morning. It is 7:25 and she still hasn’t turned on the lights to open the place!!! I’d rather drive to Magnolia where they value their business and open at 6:30am to accommodate their customers AND their employees are actually enthusiastic about seeing their customers!!! So done with this location. Owner cares more about his Conroe location, since it brings in more money, then our Montgomery location. News Flash!! If you would put in the energy and time for this location, it could be great but you treat it like a step child!!

I've been there at 3:00 in the afternoon and they were closed. We just went by there at 6:40; CLOSED. The sign clearly says they are open until 7:00 PM on Sundays, and this isn't the first time that happened. Not to mention the unfriendly people who work in there now. I don't know what's changed here lately but it's definitely not like it used to be.
