You’d really think that the person wouldn’t put this on a burger. Luckily I saw it before I bit into it. While I know Fast Food is hard work, there was no one in the store and I was the only one in the drive through. This is just not paying attention to what you’re doing. Try to do better.

Really deserves ZERO STARS. Worst location in Montgomery always has something going on. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes and nobody answered. Pulled up to the window and the girl had blonde or whatever color hair and was very rude. She said she not taking no orders at the window and go back around but there was zero card in the drive thru and i had already been waiting to order. Bottom line if you actually want to eat food don’t go here!!!!!

Pulled into the drive-thru at 7pm, and waited for 5 minutes and no one came on to take our order. Got out to go inside (closes at 8pm per the hours posted) and both doors were locked. Would give no stars, but it’s not an option.

Stopped by this location around 5pm to grab a quick bite; thinking why not give them another try, as I was basically done with this location. And again they failed. I never understood how they could give a customer cold, rock hard onion rings after asking them to park and wait. I mean seriously, what was I waiting on???

Very poor service. The staff apparently have a hard time listening to orders or someone can't read them correctly. I ordered a sourdough king with no mayo and I got what looks like extra mayo. What's worse there weren't a lot of customers there either. I will not be stopping by that location again.

Food was poor, cold and nasty , if it was me I would fire the whole store and the reason I say that I've had at least 3 to 4 bad experiences thinking it would get better but I 👌 now.
