Extremely RUDE I asked for a sweet tea she didn’t put it on I asked her could you add she sitting there looking at me crazy!! Didn’t ask what kind of sauce I needed or anything just pull around to the front….

Ordered my food through doordash. Less than 5 minutes after I get the alert that my food was picked up they arrive at my door. They forgot my corn on the cob which I had really wanted. The food was almost just room temperature for it to just been picked up 5 minutes prior. In spite of this the food was good. I will have to order from them again to give them the full 5 stars. I'm just in my feelings about temp and not having my corn on the cob lol

The healthiest fast food I have ever come across (if you choose it right). I ordered the blackedened tilapia with shrimp skewers, came with side of seasoned rice, beans - all these items were super lean and tasty.

The wait was exceptionally long! Instead of taking the orders and money and asking to customers to pull to the front of the store and they bringing out l your order out, they literally made each customer wait at the window until the order was complete. To make matters worse, the baked fish I ordered when I got home was over cooked. But the key lime pie was delicious!

They were out of sweet tea ( because they were too busy with only 3 cars total in the whole place) to make more. Then we get to the window and ask for honey mustard and they are out of that. We ask just to get our money back because honestly sweet tea and the honey mustard is why we come to Captain Ds. The lady slams the window and says can someone make some honey mustard I don’t have time for a refund. Then they hand us our food with 2 containers that were 1/4 of the way full of honey mustard for 2 people to use. We ask for more than that and she says we don’t have any more and then hands us one more and says now that’s all we have and slams the window.

The food was hot and fresh. Although I had to wait a terribly long time, the staff are what set this place apart. They were polite, courteous, and made up for the amount of time we waited.

I visited this location 30 minutes ago today and the service was Awesome, the crew members and management work together we'll and got me in and out in less then 10 minutes even with the drive thru lane packed . Great customer service !
