Arby's

Just got off work 11 haven't eaten since lunch...Arbys on the Blvd is open. Go through the drive through ordered 9 boneless wings, curly fries and 2 Classic Roast beef sandwiches. Wait 10 minutes for the food and still don't get what I ordered plus cold fries! This place needs a complete overhaul. How can you tell a person 3 times their order and still get it wrong. When I was the only person in line. Never again!

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And regrettably, I took the one that leads to Arby’s. The bread I was given was as stale as their customer service. I’m astounded that they even keep roast beef that looks this atrocious. Drenching the sandwich in cheese wouldn’t have saved this tragedy, but that “weeeee” size amount of cheese was straight up stingy. Oh yeah, I can’t forget to mention the undercooked cookies that resembled dog feces.They must have paid the health inspector for a food score of 99 because clearly, this distasteful service wasn’t reflective of a score of that caliber. To be frank, I’m surprised such a disaster reached the customer's hands, but I blame the upper management for their lackluster efforts in employee training. Also, shout out to the supervisor that was eating their chips in the food preparation area.
