Stopped by Friday morning at about 0545 and walked in. They told me the lobby wasn’t open drive through only. Kinda acted like they wanted to have a attitude which wouldint have been in there best interest. I told them I was in a commercial truck and they didn’t care. I stopped my Monday and the lobby was open at 0500 on time with no issue. Nothing was posted on the door about lobby being closed. Unacceptable manager and owner needs to do better.

No onions means no onions it looks like they just tried to scrape it off all I can taste and smell is onions after I had to wait for my food for 10 mins at the window. Poor service and they don't say thank you have a nice day or anything. I won't waste my money there again.

The kid taking the orders was friendly but that's the only bright spot

To say this place sells fast food is an oxymoron. Tonight I waited 19 minutes for 5 cheeseburgers and 1 snack wrap. And this was just one of many times that the wait was absurdly long. It's sad that this is the only fast food chain restaurant in Montezuma because that means we just have to just put up with it. Recently I received a Mcdouble and it looked like someone took a bite out of the patty - see picture.

Horrible service. The lady that took my order was rude. Then when I got my order half of it was missing. The bread was stale. The nuggets was old and my daughters milk was spoiled!!! They didn't put my sauce in my bags and the tea was unsweetened when I asked for sweet. I get its fast food and people make mistakes but come on now...
