You have a stunning view of the marina (and the sea lions while you eat. Elvira was a really kind and attentive server. She gave me a side of calamari on the house. It was a nice seaside experience.

We were just looking for a place for lunch and this place looked as good as any. Free calamari and a cup of chowder sealed the deal. Food was good and the atmosphere was great. We had the red snapper and halibut. Both were excellent. The woman at the door was an expert fisherman and hooked us in.
Good for her. Otherwise we probably would have kept on walking.

Love this place. We try to go to Monterey at least once a year and every time we go we stop by crab Louie's and have the stuff sea bass. We've tried other restaurants but we keep gravitating back to them. Granted their restaurant is a little bit tight it's on the smaller side but they are very attentive to their customers

The Seafood & Service was Excellent. They should have 5 Stars. Our Waiter treated Our Dog like a Customer and brought Her a treat of Bacon, She Loved it.

My fiancé and I went here for dinner and we got a table from the front lady hostess. We were served by a very nice waiter and the owner and they were on top of everything. We ordered a salmon Alfredo and one of there seafood specials and we have to say the food was very good. The salmon had good flavor and was fresh. My fiancés crab, mussels, clams, salmon and shrimp dish was very good and flavorful. The mussels were thankfully fresh as the mussels we had the night before at a different restaurant were rancid. The only thing that could have been better was the Alfredo pasta. While it was good and not bad at all, the sauce could have used a little more kick to it, but the pasta was cooked perfectly.
The atmosphere was a little crammed and a little old, but it was not as bad as the reviews are saying. It’s a little place and you can only do so much! So it was clean and good and that’s all we need.
Overall, we really enjoyed the food and don’t understand the bad reviews! Our experience was really good and would come back for sure! Thank you Mr Louie!

Best meal on the wharf. The nicest lady invited our family with kids into her restaurant after the restaurant across the wharf shoos our kids away. Waiter was amazing and food was great. Had the seafood pasta and it was loaded with seafood. Bread bowl clam chowder was also great. Also gave us free calamari appetizer to try and it was amazing.

When we’re in Monterey, we always come and visit the Wharf and we always end up at Crab Louie for brunch and they never disappoint. The service is quick and the servers are always fun and super accommodating. They have outdoor seating if you have your dog with you and their inside dining overlooks the ocean which is really awesome. The food is always great. Their lobster Benedict is delish and their crab omelette is to-die for! Pair up your brunch with some mimosas and you’re golden! You can’t go wrong dining at Crab Louie! 👍🏽

Seafood pasta made my taste buds dance. 10/10 perfect blend for of seafood. The Coconut Prawn was amazing, the clam chowder had a great blend of spices and a ton of clam! Great service all around! Will definitely come back!

So... I can't say enough about this place!! Crab Louie's is absolutely the best! From the service from Donald to the Freshest Seafood Around. We had a window seat over looking Monterey Bay while enjoying great drinks and the best seafood. You can definitely tell how fresh the food is. Even for a smaller place the ambiance is fantastic.

OMG this is a Seafood pasta and it was DELICIOUS ...........for lunch I got complimentary calamari. They were great not too greasy like other places I've been too, the wait was short and the service is GREAT, and friendly. Sat by the window with this view, I will DEFINITELY return and eat here again!!
