I see some mixed reviews but I thought this place was great. Fresh seafood. Cooked well.
They tend to bring out the meal and appetizers at about the same time, which isn't the best. But that's my only complaint.

We order two main dishes and they are super tasty! Lobster one is shown in the picture. $59 is a fair price for so many stuff. Recommend!

Good Italian food right at the beginning of the wharf. The outdoor seating is great. They have a decent selection of wines if you're buying the whole bottle, but not many if you are just buying one glass.

July 2023 - What a fabulous Friday feast we enjoyed this evening at Paluca Trattoria! We started with their creamy and flavorful clam chowder. Totally delicious! We also ordered their crispy Monterey Bay Calamari Fritti, hand-breaded and fried accompanied by lemon aioli. Unlike at some restaurants, this outstanding calamari features a very light crunchy crust. For our main course, my husband and I ordered a fresh piece of grilled local fresh Rockfish served over a Caesar Salad. The salad provided the perfect contrast to the mild tender fish with a salad of sweet romaine, including slices of dried Parmesan with a savory taste which we loved. We ordered the food To Go and enjoyed dining at home. We have often enjoyed al fresco and inside dining for lunch and dinner at Paluca Trattoria in the past. Everything on the menu is excellent but some memorable entrees for us include Caesar Salad with grilled Rosemary Chicken, yummy Carbonara with Imported Italian pancetta, organic egg, light cream over linguini, with Wild Caught Prawns, too, Creamy Pesto Pappardelle and many other entrees we loved. Desserts are great here as well and we've had the Cannoli many times plus the excellent Tiramisu. Tonight, we were greeted by some adorable sea lions just across the way. They, too, like to visit Paluca Trattoria! And, of course, this restaurant was one of the filming site of Big Little Lies, Season One. Highly recommended!

Beautiful deck, friendly service, and great food! Best carbonara I've EVER had! I added prawns and was pleasantly surprised with how large they were and how many I received. My husband got the sea bass and finished his plate quickly. Highly recommend!
