I wanted to give this place a 5-star rating, but the man who took my reservation was quite curt. The woman who assigned us our seat upon arrival sat us right by an exit when there were more cozy seats available for 2 people. It just didn't make sense. It wasn't busy, so I can't say that she was rush

Wonderful food! My only complaint is that you can't shake the feeling that it's a hotel restaurant.
We were seated promptly, thanks to our reservation. The seat was near the servers' workstation, so it was a bit loud throughout the dinner.
The Thanksgiving special felt a little plain considering t

Tried several items off the menu and the one dish that stood out The Most was their EMPANADAS!!! OMG sooo fresh and sooo ultra delicious!!! Comes 2 on a plate and We could have easily ordered 4 plates of them and be very satisfied!
A clear very close 2nd place was their Westholme WAGYU Bavette. Ver

Having dinner at Esteban restaurant tonight was so perfect for what I needed. A nice relaxing night to eat great Tapas and have a wonderful night out without feeling rushed.
We decided to eat outside which was so nice. The weather was wonderful and it was great to have different options for seating.

Super cute dining experience. Either inside or outside around a personal fire pit. We sat outside with a fire pit. We ordered tea, hot cocoa and the Champinone coca flatbread. We thought that would just be a starter but it was so filling! We will definitely be eating here again

Overhyped and slightly disappointing. The food is not that impressive or no where near authentic Spanish food. Ambiance is not that welcoming either. If you come here and don’t have that many meals planned, sticking to the local restaurant or seafood might be a good idea.

Add this place to your list while visiting Monterey, CA. We loved each small plate tapas that we ordered. Four plates were the perfect option for two diners. You will not be disappointed.

Elegant, cozy outdoor dining. Fireplace made the experience warm and inviting. Recommend the Negroni and tapas.

My wife and I had a reservation to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately upon our arrival no table was available and there were no seats or room to wait. The bar was crowded so we ended up having a drink standing up on one corner of the bar. Not the ideal experience if you ask me. At some point w

We had the paella dish La Granja. The chicken and chorizo were both flavorful. The rice tasted like Mexican spanish rice. This is a shareable dish.
Although it was delicious, it's not comparable to the paella you find in Spain.

A variety of dishe selections, tastes great. The service did not match the quality of the restaurant. I had to call for a water refill twice, and we waited over five minutes to get the water the second time.

If you have never had paella before this is the place to fix that.
Everything on the menu we tried was delicious. I recommend the Ad Astra bread to start and some vegetable appetizers. Enjoy some drinks, like sangria, while you and your friends wait for the main dish. Each paella takes around 45 mi

Very spacious and nice outdoor patio seating. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Empanada- one of the best things we tried. Like the sauce that came with it a lot. 4/5
Mushroom Flatbread- Another good item on the menus. The mushrooms and goat cheese worked well together. 4/5

We love this restaurant. Has fantastic food and impeccable service. We ate outside by the fire pit and the ambiance was superb.
Great crispy pulpa with the crispness and freshness of the sea. Drinks were on point and crisp with suttle undertones of flavor.
Also had a tomatoes and bread compote tha

Absolutely delicious! We stayed in the hotel and ate here because of reviews. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed our empanadas, cheese and meat board and chicken and chorizo paella! Just delicious! Prices are high but portions are very big! My husband and I had lots of leftovers. Excellent selecti

Really happy we decided to check this place out. The food was absolutely fantastic and made us feel like we were back in Madrid or Barcelona. Service was super friendly, if just a little bit slow to check in on you. But overall, this was a great dining experience.

Great food. Very delicious. We had the crispy pulpo and the El Rancho Paella. The food was really good. The octopus was expertly seared and seemed really fresh. Included with the appetizer was very tasty chorizo bits and fried yuka. The Paella was done very well and we both enjoyed it together. T

This is incredible food! The service was fantastic, the cocktails were terrific, they had a three course prix fixe special, a DOG menu and brought a water bowl for the dog, outdoor heaters & sheltered spot made it lovely outdoors in cool weather. It was an exceptional experience & the best food we
