I didn't know what real sushi tuna was supposed to taste like until I got here. Holy . Moly. Sea urchin and salmon also just melt in your mouth. But oh my that tuna! We even needed up eating the tempura. We saw this cold thing on the plate. Didn't realize we were supposed to out it in our sauce :/
