So dirty So unbelievable that the manager will allowed where there's food be so dirty , doors full of hand prints restroom floors urine smells, in side where eating area... NO EXCUSE ! DON'T BLAME COVID that's enough .

Mediocre at best. I work till 1:30 am and am surprised there are people still up in the wee parts of the night doing things like getting food like me. Line's long n I'm hungry, just got off work n waited 15 minutes for my order. It is what it is....

Fast, accurate service at the drive through. A little pricey but good tasting food. Love, love the egg rolls and iced tea.

Picked up a Uber eats order from here. Food was ready when I got there, so I was able to zip through the drive-thru with no wait time at all. Friendly server.

My fav has Always been Sour dough Jack cut in half😍 I haven't tried the new berger with the bun made with cheese yet, but it's on to do list. I ate The ultimate Cheeseburger😃 it is Super Big! I felt so full. I'll stick to my sour dough Jacks cut in half💗

Horrible service. I've come here many times and I've been let down many times. Everytime I come here they're "closed". I go there around 6 PM and the cars in front of me at the drive thru get food but when I roll up to order they tell me that they're machines are down or that they're closed for some

I love Jacks, however this place ALWAYS seems to forget something I would advise you check your bags before you drive off

I go here once in a while & it's always good food/service.
