Fox's Pizza Den

Tried ordering from here tonight. We called at 8:50 pm and the lady said pick up only. I had to call back after I asked my husband if he'd go get it and the same lady then states she would only take card payment over the phone, no cash nor was I able to bring my credit card in to pay. I did not place the order. Its suspicious to me that she insisted on me giving my cards numbers over the phone for a pick up order. Either she wanted the numbers, or she really really didn't want to make my order and was inconveniencing me to keep me from ordering. If that's the case, she was successful. I saved money though, the food is subpar at best at this location anyway.

Customer service sucks ! Dont waste your money here! Only taking card payments over the phone No delivery driver Order a big daddy which was made poorly Asked for extra sauce on the pizza and barley received any & nothing was done for the inconvenience corporate is handling my complaint! Very unprofessional

Pizza was bland and nearly sauceless. Wings were meh and undercooked. Wedgie, on the other hand, was delicious and warm and well portioned. Online ordering was turned off and doesn't except cash unless it's exact. Carryout made us wait for curbside which if it was a safety protocol it would be great. However the employee came out without a mask and no one inside was masked so I don't get it. Anyway, the first time I went there was good, this was not a good experience

I placed an order tonight & the girl who took out order messed it up unbelievably bad! I was supposesd to get a whole Italian hoagie w/ just meat & chese. And a whole steak hoagie w/ the fixings. Plus, an order of Traditional Hot wings w/ ranch. I tried calling as soon as the driver left @ 830pm. I called 10 times back to back & got a messages that said "enter ur remote access code. Mean while they WERE STILL OPEN! And rhwn they FINALLY answered they said I'd have to wait till tomorrow!! And when i asked my son was going to eat for dinner i was told that was not problem. They r closing soon. Did i mention i live less than a minute from the shop. SO MY SON DIDN'T EAT DINNER BECAUSE OF UR EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENCE!!!!!
