I must compliment the employees in the Monroe KFC! I have used the drive thru three times in the last month and the employees there were exceptionally friendly and informative! Kindness goes a long way and they certainly deserve recognition! Wish I could tell you their names!
The past several times I have been through the drive thru, the gentleman taking my order and money has been super nice and helpful. Great customer service skills. He is the reason I come back to this restaurant over other neighboring restaurants.
Pull up to the drive thru to be told they were closed no sign posted with new closing time and door hours stated 10pm. Was given no reasons, no apologies nothing just came over speaker said we are closed then turned the speaker off

Haven't been in 5 years. They've changed so much. Vegan chicken now. The grilled chicken is delicious but it doesn't counter them not carrying the triple crunch sandwich along with no potato wedges 😐😒
Drive thru girl was super sweet. Although they messed my order up, there was missing food and wrong items in my order. Check your order before you leave the window.
