Golden Corral Restaurants

We love Golden Corral soft rolls but this place has the worst bread. All of them were burnt, hard and over cooked. We asked for fresh ones but this is what we got, that’s on my plate! Food was such a waste of money and time. You have to go get your own refills because they don’t get them until they see you walking into their drink area. Black Grill guy kept ducking under the window flirting with the Hispanic girls upfront then he gave me the wrong steak. The older woman in the desserts is cutting brownies with her mouth open 2 inches from them with no face mask on, so we skipped over desserts today. We staying at the Holiday Inn behind here and it was a mistake coming here. Utensil dirty so you need plastic ware.

Food was fresh and delicious, but there wasn't a place to sit during the dinner rush. Had to check the plates and bowls as at least a forth of the ones I grabbed weren't properly cleaned. The amount of empty tables that just hadn't been cleaned was also a tad ridiculous as most of the left side of the restaurant sat unused while I was there.

Very crowded. They kept charging people and letting them in, with nowhere to go, and at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the tables were piled up with dirty dishes and no designated person or people were cleaning them. We had to walk from one end of the building to the other for about 15 or minutes before finding a table that still had food on it and dirty napkins crammed in the holder around the salt and pepper shaker. Also no one ever cleaned it off while we were there. No plates or bowels to get food with and when they did bring some we had to pick through them because they were clearly still dirty with chunks of very visible food. Whoever was in charge needs to be trained on how to effectively manage the staff and delegate responsibility. He or She is in way over their head. The most alarming thing is no one seemed to care in the least.
