Nice renovated restaurant, but very slow for lunch.

Always busy with a line that wraps the building, but the extra speaker hasn't worked for quite some time. Despite the long wait to reach the window, the workers are always friendly and smie.

There service is super slow. I have had to wait up to 45 min in line. That was really ridiculous. If there was another one closer to Lakeshore, I would go there. I actually wouldn't go at all if my kids didn't love the hashbrowns.
I also have to place my order 3 times. One at the drive thru speaker, one at the window (because they didn't get it right) and one at the pick up window because the one that took the order still did not get it right.
Listening only requires your ears...they are so PROGRAMMED... THAT YOU MUST ORDER IN THEIR LINGO RO GET IT RIGHT. OH AND MY ORDER STILL WAS NOT RIGHT...mcgriddle with sausage and cheese, no egg!

On app ordering is pushed but didn't work out for me. I had to wait over 10 mins for my order when others came and went drive through.

Every time i get to the window after i done order some nuggets they act like they don't know how to put the sauce in the bag not once all the time. They act like they paying for the sauce at the window maybe management got them doing it.

I'm on my way back to McDonald's AGAIN to fix my order. The last 5 visits, not including tonight, I've gone there, my order has been wrong. How hard is it to count for 3 items?
