Walked in to the restaurant and the ac was not working, thinking it might not be the best experience, the young lady behind the counter was really nice! With a huge smile she took our order, hooked us up with a free kids meal (probably sensing we were a little concerned) this changed the whole mood

There wasn’t but 12-15 people in there and they already had their food so no clue why it was going to take an hour but we won’t be going there again. I w

Server/clerk was decent. I had cheese dippers. The dippers come in a small or large. I chose a size small and still had left overs. Dippers came hot, crispy, and cheesy!

First time eating Mazzios in monett, we ordered and carried out. The pizza was good and quick for as busy as they were and as always the price was great.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and I couldn't eat it because the sauce was too sweet and the crust was horrible. So I kindly told them and they exchange it for a calzone which turned out to be that same awful crust swimming in the the garlicky'est butter I ever had, I took a few bites but it was uned

The staff were very friendly, facility was clean with a cozy environment, and food was delicious

We purchased the triple play, a very good value for a family of 4. Good food and not expensive.

Food was great. Service was slow and bad. Won't go back.
