We visited for lunch. We went through the drive through and ordered for 3 people. The service was quick and the cashier was so friendly and thoughtful.
Food was good. First time there. Would like to be able to see what they offer before I reach the speaker. Felt rushed at speaker not knowing what they offered.
DELICIOUS! Fries were fresh, chicken was made to order and tossed in my favorite sauce - NUCLEAR, and refreshing cold, fizzy cherry coke was so delish! Easy drive thru to make our trek back home.
I went through the drive-thru on 5-28-2020 at 9:45pm. I began giving my order to the nice, young lady at the speaker-box. When I got to the part about requesting extra seasoning on my fries, Nadia was instantly triggered, and her responses at the speaker-box began deteriorating & became short. Nadia clearly doesn't like when customers request extra seasoning on their fries. When we pulled up to the window, Nadia (a young female with long, braided hair) condescendingly stated "you had the 5-finger plate with the Cobb salad and an extra basket of fries, right?" in three seperate instances prior to receiving our order. Nadia did this purposefully, because when she repeated our order and the items were not repeated back to us at the speaker-box accurately, we kindly replied with the additional items she forgot to mention. This triggered Nadia further, causing the condescending interaction of repeating our order three times at the window. When we received our order, I began checking the bag to ensure accuracy (a wise thing to do when you're dealing with someone who is providing a poor attitude to you). Unfortunately, Nadia didn't ensure that our salad dressing, nor the extra cup of seasoning for our fries (which we were charged for) were indeed in our bag prior to handing it to us. Whilst checking the bag, Nadia shouted angrily "THEY"RE HOLDING UP THE LINE"! I attempted to kindly obtain Nadia’s attention to open the window back up, however she was too busy texting on her iPhone XS Max. Nadia completed her text message, opened up the window with an angered expression, and I maintained my courteous persona and advised her of the missing seasoning salt (we have plenty of salad dressing at home, it wasn't worth mentioning that part). Nadia, once again triggered, shouted angrily to the kitchen, "CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET HIM HIS SEASONING SALT"!? Nadia angrily walked away to the front register inside, and had a male give us our seasoning salt. Nadia clearly has a lot of stress in her life to be triggered by a customer request for extra seasoning on their fries. I can't imagine having as much stress in my life as Nadia does. Nadia, please know that I'm praying for you, and hope whatever is going on in your personal life improves. God loves us all, and I pray he can guide you to a better place where you can spread positivity rather than negativity to others.
Update 05-29-2020:
I’ve changed my review from 1-Star to 4-Stars. The General Manager made contact with me and provided a resolution to ensure this experience won’t occur again. Thank you for such a prompt reply - this location clearly cares about providing the utmost in customer service.
I had a horrible experience about a year ago and this is the first time I’ve been back since. The young lady who took my order was so patient with me taking forever for our order, best customer I’ve had in a long time. Glad we decided to come back. Btw her name is Cameron(probably spelled wrong) in Moncks Corner
Went there to get a quick bite. Service wasn't bad food was hot, so that's a plus. Prices seem high to me compared to other FF places. After all it was only a salad. 10 bucks for .......a salad.
We got there around 845pm and the staff was very kind and patient the food was good I like the seasoning they put on the fries.
Love the Zax Snack with a root beer.
First time here. Liked the flavor
The food is normally always good and the drive through is quick. But there is most of the time something missing with an order. Last time we were missing a chicken finger and the fries were pale and soggy with no seasoning at all, had to stick them in the oven at home. My mother has mentioned a few times that there is something missing on her salad. And lastly there has been a handful of times to where im missing the sauces I pay for. I think its just a matter of needing to quality check the meals before giving them to the customers.
