I wanted to know of they sold the i-c mochas anymore the ones with the big green straws sadly they had no clue what i was talking about but! This has to be one of the best paneras I've been to. Although they are short staffed they are still in great spirits and doing an amazing job. The management hereshould be proud!
Sister requested olives on her salad, didn't get any olives. Also, we ordered some bagels and when we pulled a couple out of the bag they were half an inch thick and solid as a rock. These were not bagels, these were frisbees.

Dining room closes at 2pm which is super early. Panera Bread needs to stop being cheap and pay these employees a livable wage because it's killing the dining experience for patrons.
Don't know the reason but all orders were made to go even if you were dining inside. Mad cheap.

Panera must be in financial distress. All three sandwiches we ordered had very minimal meat. The two, very thin slices of tomato on the sandwiches, which were 1.5 inches in diameter amounted to more than the amount of meat. This is pathetic.
