Just had some "Cardboard Cake's " and compared with the home made ones that they used to sell - NAH! 0 Flavor 0 Texture.

I went there twice today - the first time and the last time. I had two pieces of flake. The actual fish fillet was very very thinly sliced, previously frozen and when I took a bite, a dirty brown coloured fillet was revealed. I'm sure it wasn't the oil as the fish itself was encased in batter 4 times as thick as the fish - there's no way the oil would have penetrated that much batter - I think. No cardboard box, just wrapped in paper - end result, limp fish and soggy batter. YUK.
I'd never been to this place before and never will again. Give it a wide berth and, heaven forbid, go to Hungry's just around the corner and some.
