Great service late night. Very on point after hrs that's when I go. Thanks for always giving me what I ordered. Never have forgotten to give me anything of my order. I love it. Can't say that about many other places even tho that's their job and still end up messing up orders..

It was a busy drive thru but they were quick. During this pandemic, exact change was required, which was not a problem.. Ordered Spicy chicken with curly fries for dinner.

It was the worse food service I have had there, my fry container was half full beside the fries being cold and that was coming straight out from the pick up window, I asked for tarter sauce and ketchup and got ranch and taco sauce and this is what my hamburger looked like and no napkins.

Forgot mayo and onions and ketchup on 3 jumbo Jack's and the sour dough bread we paid extra for was dried out and not toasted.

I cannot wait till you sre all replaced by robots. My tacos were ice cold and 2 for 2 and missing one cheese cake, supposed to be medium curly fries, get smalls. How can you not simply read the order and do i? 5 million soda choices, the ones that are popular run out all the time. They definitely didn't do simple research to see that who the hell wants peach coke vs cherry coke. Very simple fix, but that's what you get. Food is standard, service is par at best, if you place an mobile order that says "5 to 7 minutes" make it at least 10, 15 minutes and you still wait for frozen fried tacos. What a let down, repeatedly

Poor customer service, hair in my food and refused to refund me, I opened my bag at the drive thru in front of them and they said I put the hair there. Laughed in my face and closed the window on me. The only they're getting one star is because I can't give them 0.

Very bad service, the guy on the speaker was acting he couldn't hear me, took a while to answer. I was missing food. Fries,drink. Was not even warm the fries. Disappointing service
