Burnt ends. The experience was great. The portions were ample. The price was fair. The food just sucked. That's just my opinion

Came here trying to try out the sandwiches that they have pictured on here. I found out they haven’t even introduced these to the community. So why publish something you don’t offer yet? Then we show up, there’s a sign with limited availability. Turns out half of that wasn’t even available. Horrible. Will try this once they’re more establish and update my review.

Staff was friendly and very welcoming. I had the burnt ends (pork belly) along with a salad with poppy seed dressing. Both were wonderful. They make many if not all (not confirmed) of their sauces in house and they were awesome such as ranch, honey mustard dressing, and ketchup. Each bite into my meal was enjoyable. My mom had the lemonade (made in house) and she enjoyed it. I will definitely be returning soon.

Had never been here before. Had never had burnt Pork Belly ends & she let let me taste it. They have a dry rub on them. They do have ALOT of fat on/in them & I did cut it off. The shredded turkey is in a broth & she let me try that. I also got the BBQ beans & apple slaw. Slaw is different & really tasty. Everything is good. Don't forget to ask for the pickled onions !!

Had the most incredible pulled pork sandwich with apple cabbage slaw, house pickles and onions, excellent BBQ sauce, and the most delicious cornbread I've ever had. My mom said the potato salad was the best she'd ever had! Amazing, attentive servers and plenty of incredible food. I will be back to try the beers and other sides!

We came here a couple weeks ago for the Modesto Sampler and tonight we returned for dinner. We had the dirty mac and cheese for appetizer and it was wonderful. My tri tip was good, but the chicken a bit dry. I would definitely have the pulled pork again with the dirty mac and cheese. Yum. They are still working out some kinks, but we'll be back to try again

I understand you have to get there early to get burnt ends - reputedly the best meat on the menu. They were already out when I went. But burnt ends or no, it was still some of the best bbq I've had. The ribs and mac-n-cheese were sublime.
