One of my favorite places for Mexican food in Modesto. There are plenty of options here for you to enjoy. If you make your way down here, ask for flour chips, You can thank me later. Actually, you can thank me with some flower chips. I'm serious, call me up and I'll head down there and eat chips with you.

Food isn’t like it used to be. charged almost $10 in extra cheese and meat in quesadillas. service wasn’t consistent, we always would go here but never again.

We've been going to this location for almost 2 decades now. Absolutely the best one of the other El Rosals in Modesto. Great food, fast service, and excellent customer service.

A nice and clean restaurant, seated quickly and inside, while perusing the menu we received bowl of warm chips and piping hot bowl of refried beans and chilled salsa. I ordered enchiladas de mole which arrived got and tasted amazing.

Absolutely delicious and hot! Where else can you order and have your food ready in 15 minutes? The carnitas are tender and seasoned and the beans and rice are actually spiced!

My family has been coming here for years. Today we went, they did not bring drinks, chips or napkins, or even menus to my family after they arrived (they came in a few min after i did), after the waitress came by a few times we finally asked if she could please just take there drink order. We ordered our food at the same time. When my sons food came the fries were cold. My husband ordered a supreme burrito with grilled chicken which they charge extra for but when he got his burrito there was little to no chicken. My parents ordered a meal that said it was 28 dollars and they rang it up as 30 and said they couldnt change it because thats how it rings up. There is apparently no manager in to speak to for 3 more days. I will not be back.
