Mountain Mike's

Ordered a pizza for a few employees and myself for lunch online. It said my pizza should be ready In 30 minutes. I got there about 5 minutes before my pizza should have been ready & as I walked in, I noticed how empty it was and I was the only customer there and looked at the oven that had 0 pizzas in it so I'm thinking it's ready. Well, turns out I would need to wait another 15 min. That 15 min. Turned into 35. I could see the ONE person making pizzas, was doing his job but all the while talking to a female. Ugh! There had to have been at least 5 other people working there at that time but not one kept me updated on my pizza. I finally walked up again to the dude in the ponytail and told him he needed to be upfront with me about the time and requested a full refund and he could do whatever he wanted with the pizza. I'm not a person who gets upset too much or very easily BUT, i know that my pizza should have been ready if the employees would have stopped visiting with each other and the cook concentrating on his job more. This occurred last week and I was describing my experience to Valero attendant whom is on the same property and they too said their service has gone down hill. BTW, if I had not mentioned I did film this ordeal I am describing to you with my phone to make sure and to prove that u was correct about timing as I described above.

This location has plenty of room for parties and reservations etc. Been going here to this location for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Orders are accurate and cooked in a timely manner. They have a few arcade games and toy vending machines. No this isn't a place that gives out tickets for prizes. There are two handicap parking spots in front of the restaurant. Have to say, Mtn Mikes is one of the best pizza chains out there! 🙌💯

For the first time had the worst pizza ever. Snowy alps loomed like a hill with no snow just a dried regular cheese pizza... was told by Kelly they weigh the contents... OK on what a measuring spoon. Worst response when I called she only said we measure it all and that cost 30.00... not worth 30.00 maybe 15.00. I would not order online, delivery or pickup. If your sitting there you can throw it back.

Garbage customer service you guys get my pizza wrong can't even apply the credit correctly not only that your managers are absolute TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I've been buying the same pizza from you guys 3 days a week for the last 2 years never again I'd rather die on my deathbed. Disgusting customer service!!

Not sure what’s going on in this place but I think everyone is on crack. I came in to pick up an order, and as I approached the front counter, there were two employees. A tall, old man, and a younger male with blonde hair. These guys looked at me and said nothing. From my experience working in a pizza joint, anyone who is able, or sees a customer first has to greet them, regardless of what they're doing, and ask what they need. These guys looked at me and ignored me. Not sure if they're mute or not, so don't really want to judge, so I sat there thinking maybe my order wasn't ready yet and they would just call my name. 5 minutes later another customer came in, and a woman, for some weird reason was able to hear the chime when she came in, but magically didn't hear it when I came in. So I stood up and actually had to physically get someone to help me. Not sure what in the hell is going on with this place, but definitely weird vibes.
