I've been coming here for over ten years and the sandwhiches are still super delicious! Giant portions and it all around has the bests sandwiches i have ever tried. And I'm a sandwhich guy. Love this little shop. Clean and very nice staff. Could get crowded during lunch rush. Reasonable price too! L
Never again will I go to the sandwich shop 3rd time the messed up my order I asked for 3 sandwiches 2 pastrami and 1 ham the gave me 1 ham 1 turkey 1 pastrami I asked everything no mayo so they gave me nothing on it with extra mayo so now I’m out of a lunch the other 2 we’re also wrong smh never had
They have good sandwiches that you can pick from or they will make whatever you want. I personally wish their sandwiches were about two more inches bigger. Or if they can do a select a size sandwich. Say anything from 6 in to 9 in to 12 in. I think that would work well. I'm not going to comment on

Excellent food and great service! A little bit of a wait but I went around lunch and there was a line out the door. They pack it full of so much meat we had the french dip and it was absolutely amazing
I've been coming here since early 90's, that in itself should sum it up! My favorite sandwich there is the "Modesto" half Pastrami and half Roast beef on white roll with everything on it! Awwww getting hungry for one now!!!
The sandwiches are always delicious. My advice would be to call your order in an hour before you go. They get very busy and you may wait quite a while if you don't order ahead.
This place should be a Modesto landmark. If you're visiting, driving through or just moved here, make it a point to try their delicious sandwiches. They get busy so call ahead with your order and the ladies that run the shop will take great care of you.
