The drive thru line was very long, even at about 2210 on a weekday, but it moved quickly. The staff was very friendly. I clearly understood everything the lady said over the intercom as she took my order. She asked if I wanted onions on my burger. Good thing she asked, because I did not want onions, but forgot to say so initially. The young man at the first window confirmed my order before accepting payment. Although beautifully made, I did find the burger a bit salty. But it was not too salty to eat, clearly. The fries were not crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. They were limp and less than warm. My milkshake was nice and thick, but lacked real strawberry flavor. I ate the meal in my car, immediately after I purchased it.

Seriously the best one we have been to yet and we eat here far too often. We have food allergies and diet specific needs and we ordered our crazy order with zero issues. It was accurate and well made. With how horrible fast food customer service has been since Covid it was a pleasant surprise to experience.

So this business is typical for the chain, Crazy busy at most times, and fully staffed with mostly genuinely happy employees. Meaing there may be a grumpy gus sometimes.
The food was, as always, cooked and prepared perfectly. The only gripe I have was that the 'well fries' were a bit too well-done.

In my opinion the food here is amazing! Everything is so fresh and tasty. The workers are very nice and helpful, they attend you very quickly. I recomend this burger place to anyone who likes or loves burgers.

The ONLY time we have an issue is when we order a box of flying ditchmen to go, and they put parchment paper and/or napkins INSIDE THE BOX, ON TOP of the melted cheese. Guess what happens when we get home? The cheese cools and the parchment paper pulls ALL of the cheese off.
Please just don't do this. Lol

I'm sure many will disagree with me, but I think In-N-Out is way over rated! The ridiculous wait time is not worth the mediocre food. Nothing great about the food except that it's fresh.
