Super slow service, despite being the only customer there. Then they rang me up incorrectly (for more money) and refused to make it right. Typical subway experience, in Mobile anyway.

Awful customer service. Slower than the day is long. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever came back to check on me. Ridiculous!

Friendly enough staff but they didn't put the bacon on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich (kinda important) and didn't put the onions I'd asked for on there either.

Although the appearance of the store is a 3, I rated my review at 5 because of the customer service. I ordered a meatball sub. The girl who helped me was very friendly and did not hesitate to insure my happiness as a customer. I will visit this place again even though it is not the nicest or I've ever been in. It goes to show you what friendly customer service will do.

I ordered via Waitr and has come complications where Waitr would not fulfill my order and I was forced to cancel it. When ordering through another delivery service they saw my name and refused the order after my drive arrived there. This is a very petty reason to refuse an order, and if they arent going to handle their delivery services right, they should not be using them

Absolute worst subway in the greater mobile area, staff is always rude and will literally roll their eyes when asking for anything extra. Usually they leave out ingredients on my sandwich. I wish I could attach a picture of my sandwich on here. It looked like a prison sandwich. Hardly any meat, lettuce piled up on one side, mayonnaise EVERYWHERE, no cheese, no mustard, absolutely foul service, I will NEVER return. They don’t care about quality or service here and corporate should probably step in and do something. It’s sad that I have to drive across town to get a decent subway sandwich and if I want decent service

Horrible service, horrible attitudes from staff. Asked for assistance on the online order, 2 for $10.00. I put my cc number in, emai, phone number, etc.. and submitted order. After 15 minutes, lady said the order didn't process. She didn't care one bit, so I payed full price for 2 sub's, this staff is horrible!!!!!!!!!

The owners were very rude! They wouldn't honor a coupon that said, buy any sub and get a free 6". He said, we had to buy two 6". They told us not to come back. They don't have to worry. We WONT BE RETURNING.
