Our order was great but we didn't get any napkins. Asked a staff member if I could have some and she said she was "on break" and that someone else could get them for me. At least the coworker was more interested in helping me. The food was as ordered and nothing above average. The cleanliness was good as well but that one worker...⭐.

Passing thru as we traveled back home. The breakfast manager is rude!! She did not greet us, say " good morning", "can I take your order" or nothing!! She just came to the register and stood. My wife had to initiate our order being taken. We observed the same behavior with other customers.

Waited in the drive through line for around 20 minutes only to find out that their frape' machine was "broken." This is a common excuse by McDonald's employees when they feel that they're too busy to fill up the machine that they use for ice cream and iced coffee products. Went to two different McDonald's within the hour and both told me the same thing. Really?

It was half fresh for today. My fries were off the chain hot and delish, but my McChicken was semi hard and cold. But it's expected because You win some and lose some when it comes to fast food. Especially drive thru.

It seems like no matter which one you visit, your order will not be correct. I also hate to have to pull up n wait, only to find my order is incorrect. Then have to go in or wait in drive thru line again. But its fast food, so what can you expect

Slowest, rudest workers every. Take out order is never right. First she tried to make me pay (I paid in the app) then gave me the wrong order and when I tapped on the window to tell her she got mad. Finally gave me my food and slammed the window shut.

Young kid at drive through tonight was so ghetto. I almost needed a translator, overwhelming smell of weed in the store, was greater with the word. What you won't. (Couldn't even say want) no welcome or how may I help you just what you won't. Food was ok nice and hot, other than my dad getting onions when I asked for no onions since he is allergic. But I can let that pass just pick them off. But come on hire better people if they sound like mush mouth from Fat Albert. Put them on the Grill in the back. Not at the drive through or front counter

I ordered coffee it was watered down they made me a new coffee I had to pull up and wait they bought out the coffee I asked for cream and sugar she went back inside to get the cream, sugar but never came back I'm still outside waiting I had to get out of my car and go in when I went in the lady who was supposed to bring me the cream and sugar she was in there working bagging orders so as I was trying to get her attention she never turned around and ignored me so the manager came over and I said ma'am I've been sitting out there waiting on cream and sugar the manager said well I told her to start bagging orders but I'm like I'm out there waiting thinking she's supposed to be bringing me cream and sugar and she's in here working oh well she didn't tell me that she's supposed to be bringing you creamy sugar she done switched her story I'm like even if she didn't tell you she knew that's not right but anyway the manager and the employee need to do better
