The pizza is well made. It has relatively fast delivery, and food is delivered warm. Never gives the wrong toppings. Disclaimer: All information after this sentence is my opinion and not solid fact. They almost always give the perfect amount of sauce, topping, and cheese. Although no one out pizzas the hut, papa John’s isn’t one single place.

I ordered 2 hours ahead of time to make sure I had my pizza at 6PM. I called at 6:20 because it still hadn't arrived and was told it was on the way. I called back at 6:40 and was told the driver was right around the corner. 11 minutes later he showed up. My lukewarm pizza, which I still had to pay full price for, was actually pretty good. But it wasn't "almost an hour late" good.

The food is always serviced fast and it is always delicious. The employees are nice. The guy brought our food to the car. We didn't even have to walk and pick it up

Pretty standard Papa John’s pizza - it’s good, not fantastic- but good - delivery is running slow, but I think everyone is really struggling with labor issues these days - no real complaints - about what you’d expect.

This was my first time ordering with them and it was terrible. I never even got my pizza. I placed the order online and the delivery guy came but by the time I went downstairs to get it no one was there. They cancelled my order online so I placed another, in hopes of catching them on time before he got too far away so that my pizza wouldn't be cold. They answered after calling from another phone(because they were leaving my other number ringing) to tell me they tried calling and no one answered and that they weren't coming back. I was extremely disappointed and really was looking forward to trying the food and was planning to leave a nice tip just for the trouble. Definitely won't be getting any more of my future business or attempts at any business from here on out.

Took 1 hour to get a thin crust pizza delivered to 6 tenths of a mile away. Cold and old. I used to be a regular and always tip well, but now I'm in boycott mode. The last 3 from this location have been unacceptably late for the distance that I live from them.

I ordered a delivery to my Hotel. They told me they were pretty busy so it was going to be about an hour and a half before the food arrived. 2 hours later still no food. I called the store and spoke to Cherie. She informed me that there was an issue with my address, and they she had told the person who took my order to call me back and ask me about it. My order was voided, and I never received my food. When I called back, Cherie told me that she was going to have the order delivered asap, and I wouldnt be charged for either orders. Problem solved. 😊
