Burger King

Went and ordered a #2 with ketchup/lettuce only, NO CHEESE. The wait was Hella long, the lobby was really hot. The AC must be out because they had a fan blowing on the employees. Waited all that time, checked my burger and what do you know?? Full of cheese!! The receipt read only ketchup and lettuce, but she did NOT put no cheese, so of course the person making my sandwich put cheese on it. 😒

Just ordered from here… came through the drive thru. Guy didn’t even place the top correctly on the cup so it leaked all over my moms hands and arms. He didn’t say anything and didn’t even give her a napkin! Both of our drinks tasted awful. I had a sprite, she had a Dr. pepper. Mine tasted like dish soap with carbonated water and hers was watered down disgustingly. We ordered the large meal and our fries were small and halfway full. It’s crazy because the burgers were good but everything else was bad. Hate to keep going to these places where you don’t get what you pay for.

Placed an online order. When I got there the order wasn't even ready waiting fore to walk in grab n walk out. I still waited another 10 mins for it. Whats the point of mobile ordering if its not gonna be ready when u arrive. Then is told I dont even see that order. Then told o yea I remember that order.

I wish I had a great review for this Burger King. I am going to follow this review with a call to corporate and the owner. I went thru the drive thru. What I witnessed: the manager came from the back to put my order in a bag... while 2 employees were standing with her - their arms were folded; they were definitely not going to do anything else but take orders. We wonder why the hourly pay won't be adjusted- we can choose to be servers (even at a fast food) or order takers. My french fries were cold and the sandwich was ok (you can see for yourself). There was one car waiting in front of us although we got our food before them. This particular location has had varied service over the years -it could be the top neighborhood stop if the attitudes of the employees were better. Also the inside of this location needs an upgrade: people tend to do better when equipment works and the environment is clean. I can tell the owners are lazy because instead of taking care of the grounds, they had rocks installed in place of the front lawn. I hope this business gets smart soon because it's not going to be in business too much longer....if it is I won't be going back anytime soon.

My food was really good but they got my order partially wrong. I ordered the 2 for $4 mix and match; one biscuit and 1 croissant both with bacon... and they gave me one bacon and one sausage & the biscuit that was given to me, only had a top; it didn't have the bottom of the biscuit. It's not a big deal, I'm just not much of a sausage person. I do appreciate them bringing me my fresh hot hash browns though. The cashier at the window was very friendly and polite.
